PAWEŁ ZEJER

 

A graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, the Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Environmental Engineering (1995) and the Faculty of Management and Organization (1995).

From the beginning of his professional career, Paweł Zejer was interested in the broadly understood field of infrastructure project management. While working with large engineering companies, he had the opportunity to manage and participate in the preparation and implementation of significant projects.

From 1995-2002 he was involved in the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union. During the years 2002–2003 he gained international practice working at Scott Wilson in Great Britain, designing infrastructure as well as taking part in developing the company’s future strategy. After returning to Poland in 2006, he has managed the preparation of several dozen infrastructure projects for financing from international financial institutions. Currently, he manages multi-branch project teams in the railway sector and supports his clients in project and contract management. At the same time, he is involved in many conciliation procedures as an expert and conciliator. He developed many independent opinions at the request of the arbitral tribunal or enterprises, which expect an independent opinion in the field of economics, management and technical aspects.

Paweł Zejer is a conciliator and an arbitrator from the list of the Court of Arbitration at SIDiR. He is the author of many publications in the field of contract economics and their management. He lectures at post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, Poznan University of Technology, Cracow University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics on subjects related to project management and FIDIC contracts. He is a certified trainer from the SIDiR list. In 2008-2012 he was a Member of the Board of the SIDiR, and after a two-year break he returned to the Board and currently is the Vice President of the Board of the Association. Since 05/2013, he has been a Member of the Board of the EFCA (European Federation of Consulting Associations), which brings together European associations of consultant engineers and at the same time represents the FIDIC in Europe

 

PAWEŁ SZYMAŃSKI

 

A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Environmental Engineering (2002). Doctor of technical sciences in the field of Civil Engineering, Poznan University of Technology (2006). A graduate of the Executive MBA – Greater Poland Business School and The Nottingham Trent University (2009).

From the beginning of his professional career he has combined scientific work at the Poznań University of Technology with work in industry and international concerns, therefore combining scientific and practical knowledge. During 2008-2012 he was a member of technical committees at EAACA, CEN and PKN. He is the author of several dozen scientific publications and author/team leader of several hundred opinions commissioned by common courts, arbitration courts and private enterprises in the field of project management, critical path analysis, claims and technical aspects.

He has building qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions in the specialty of construction and building.
He holds the title of building expert in construction and building specialization in the field of monolithic and masonry structures.
Since 2008, he is head of post-graduate studies of FIDIC contract conditions at the Poznań University of Technology.

 

MICHAŁ PIKOS

 

AA graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (2002). Doctor of technical sciences in the field of Civil Engineering, Poznan University of Technology (2012).

From the beginning of his professional career, Dr. Eng. Michał Pikos has combined both scientific work at the Poznan University of Technology in a reinforced concrete structure factory with work in the industry, thus combining theoretical and practical knowledge. He is the author of several scientific publications, author/co-author of several dozen designs of cubature objects and has issued several hundred expert opinions as well as opinions and rulings covering technical, administrative and legal aspects.

He has building qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions in the specialty of construction and building.

 

AGNIESZKA SZYMAŃSKA

 

A graduate of the University of Economics, Faculty of Commodity Science in Poznań (2000). Doctor of economic sciences in the field of Commodity Science, Poznań University of Economics (2005).

From the beginning of her professional career until 2013, Dr. Eng. Agnieszka Jursza-Szymańska was associated with the Poznań University of Economics. She is the author of several scientific publications.

Since 2013, she has been the coordinator of projects providing expertise and technical opinions at the Instytucie Analiz Budowlanych.

 

RADOSŁAW WOJTYŁA

 

A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (2011)

MSE Radosław Wojtyła gained his first professional practice on a contract covering the construction of an Integrated Communication Center in Poznań (train and bus station, shopping mall, multi-storey car park), responsible for controlling costs and the project budget.

Since 2015, he has been preparing projects, expert opinions and technical opinions on cubature objects, of which he is the co-author.
On a personal level, he is interested in dance, playing the ukulele and fantasy literature.

 

MAGDALENA SOBIECKA

 

A graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Environmental Engineering (1997)

From the beginning of her professional career she has dealt with the broadly understood preparation and management of infrastructure projects. From 1996–2007 she was involved in the preparation for implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union

From 2007-2014 she was a Contract Engineer, mainly for projects co-financed from European Union funds.
She is Author of several dozen tender documents based on FIDIC contract conditions and Public Procurement Law. She is the co-author of many independent opinions commissioned by arbitral tribunals and enterprises. She is a member of SIDIR.

 

DANUTA MISIORNA

 

A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering – specialization in bridges and underground constructions (2011)

Danuta Misorna gained her first professional experience in geology, geotechnics and civil engineering with the company
GT Projekt from 2009 – 2010, combining full-time studies with work.

She gained knowledge and skills in the field of design from 2011 – 2014 and developed several dozen comprehensive projects in the field of roads and bridges, including:
– construction of the Posnania Shopping Center along with accompanying road infrastructure;
– reconstruction of the Kluczbork – Poznań railway viaduct in Ostrów Wielkopolski;
– construction of the Eastern beltway of the city of Środa Wielkopolska with a road bridge over the Moskawa river;

From 2014-2017 she gained international internship at B.E.G. Ingénierie as a construction engineer in the implementation of the Posnania Shopping Center, along with the reconstruction of the communication system and the expansion of the road system.

Since 2019, she has been preparing expert opinions and technical opinions on cubature objects, road and rail infrastructure.

She has numerous certificates, among others in the field of modern solutions in geotechnics, as well as taking down and costing of construction works.

As deputy chairman of the Oborniki Commune Revitalization Committee, she is involved in social activities for the renovation of the city and commune.

Since 2019, she has been a certified garden designer.
